Hello! My name is Katrina, and I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in English, from the Philippines.

I am a friendly, patient, responsible, and caring person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. I have experience working as an ESL teacher, where I teach English to Chinese children. Through this experience, I have learned how to communicate with children, understand their different personalities, keep them engaged, and make learning fun and comfortable for them.

Aside from my teaching experience, I also have a very special personal experience with children. My nephew grew up with me, and I have been involved in taking care of him as he grew up. Because of this, I became very comfortable around children and developed a genuine love for caring for them. I enjoy playing with children, helping them learn, listening to them, and being there when they need guidance and support.

I would describe myself as someone who is patient, responsible, adaptable, and willing to learn. I understand that every family has its own routines, rules, and way of doing things, and I am willing to respect and adapt to them.

I am interested in becoming an au pair because I would love to experience a new culture, meet a welcoming family, and learn from everyday life in another country. At the same time, I would love to share Filipino culture, traditions, and food with my host family.

For me, being an au pair is not only about traveling. I want to build a good relationship with my host family, be someone they can trust, and create a positive and memorable experience with their children. I am excited to learn, grow, and become part of a family while sharing my own culture and experiences.
