I am an Osteopath with an MSc in Osteopathy and experience supporting people following strokes, including spinal stroke, and clients living with Parkinson’s, MS, neuropathy and significant mobility limitations. My work combines hands-on treatment, Pilates and carefully adapted movement to support comfort, balance, mobility and everyday function.

I bring a calm, patient and practical approach to one-to-one support. I take time to understand the person’s abilities, preferences and routine, and work alongside their existing medical and care team. Personal-care duties and transfer support would be agreed around the individual’s care plan, equipment and training requirements.

Since 2017 I have operated a Pilates and wellness studio, coordinating six Pilates instructors and two physiotherapists. My experience ranges from complex rehabilitation to professional athletes, including NHL and polo players. Discretion, dignity and a trusting long-term relationship are central to how I work.

I am available immediately for live-in, live-out or rotational support and can travel internationally. I am comfortable around pets and have a much-loved Doberman. Professional references are available, and I would welcome an initial video call to discuss how I could help.
