My name is Mitch, I’m 22 years old, and I’m from the Philippines. I’m a college graduate with a degree in Criminology, which has taught me the importance of protection, discipline, responsibility, and being attentive to the safety of others. I would describe myself as a caring, patient, responsible, and cheerful person.
I’m single and I don’t have any children of my own, but I truly enjoy being around children and taking care of them. I really love kids, and I enjoy spending time with them, playing, helping with their daily routines, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m also comfortable taking care of babies and infants. Some of our neighbors trust me to look after their children, and I’m very grateful for that trust. This experience has taught me to be patient, attentive, and responsible when caring for children.
I also love cooking! ???? I enjoy preparing food and would be happy to learn some of your family’s favorite meals and recipes. I would also love to share some Filipino dishes with you and introduce you to a little taste of my culture. ????
Aside from childcare, I’m willing to help with light household chores and everyday tasks. I understand that being an Au Pair is not only about caring for children, but also about being helpful, respectful, and responsible as a member of the household.
I already have my passport, and I’m very willing and excited to travel to my future host family. I know how to ride a bicycle, and I’m also willing to learn how to drive a car if it is something your family needs. I’m open to learning new skills and I’m not afraid to try something new. ????
I’m also very interested in learning a new language. If your family speaks a language other than English, I would be happy and willing to study it. I believe learning your language would help me communicate better with your family and understand your culture more. I’m excited to learn from you! ??
More than anything, I hope to find a kind and welcoming host family who will accept me not just as their Au Pair, but as a part of their family. I would love to build a genuine relationship with you, respect your family’s rules and traditions, and create many beautiful memories together.
I know that becoming an Au Pair and living far from my own family will be a big step for me, but I’m ready for the experience. I’m excited to meet new people, experience a new culture, learn new things, and most importantly, take good care of your children with love, patience, and responsibility.
