Dear Host Family,
My name is Eila :) I’m originally from Mexico and currently spend my time between New York City and Barcelona. I enjoy learning about new cultures, helping others, and working with people in different environments.
I have over 10 years of experience working with children and families as a nanny, camp counselor, and teacher, caring for children from babies to teenagers (0–16 years old). I also have experience as a travel nanny, supporting families during domestic and international trips, helping maintain routines and creating engaging activities for children during travel.
In addition to childcare, I have experience supporting families as a caregiver, household helper, and personal assistant, helping with daily organization, errands, travel preparation, and light household tasks. I enjoy creating structured and comfortable environments where families feel supported.
I consider myself kind, responsible, adaptable, and easygoing. I enjoy planning creative and educational activities, outdoor play, crafts, and games that encourage curiosity and learning.
At the moment, I am looking for a summer position (ideally June and July), as I will be starting a Master’s program in Education in September.
I would love to become part of a family’s daily life, sharing cultures, traditions, and experiences while offering reliable support.
