Cara futura famiglia ospitante,
My name is Kriz, 25 years old, currently unemployed and living in the Philippines. I would like to describe myself with this letter. It was always a great dream of mine to live and work in a foreign country and I am really excited that it will become a reality soon. I would like to go to any part of Europe and in the United States because it is one of my dream country for it has many places to go for an adventure. I am also fascinated by the culture, people and the adventure.
I would like to tell something about myself and my family:
My family is from the Philippines. My parents were separated when I was a month old baby. I have one brother and one sister (27 years old and 26 years old). I am the youngest of the family for which I love children and it’s because I do not have a little brother or sister. My mother worked as a caretaker of the business named Mr. Liempo in Cebu, Philippines. She is very sweet, caring, strong and brave person and also loves children even if it’s not related to our family. And that was the reason I inherit her attitude. For my father, I only saw him once when I was 7 years old and also that was the last time. And I don’t have that much information of him it’s because he had a family of his own.
For myself, I am independent, creative and ambitious young woman who wants to discover and experience to travel the world. Because experiencing the beauty of an Au Pair is the only way for me to see the world. I am interested in sports like badminton, volleyball and even basketball. I completed Bachelor’s Degree with the course of Hospitality Management with the help of my mom, aunt and uncle. And taking care of the children is one of my favorite thing since elementary grade. And sometimes I even asked my mom to have one. In our family in the Philippines, we have lots of relatives mostly their children in the ages of 5-10 were in need of “ate’s” (older sister) and that’s why they have me as their own “ate”. In fact, I took care of children as part of my part time while balancing my studies and for me to buy my own stuffs and providing my allowance as well.
During my college days, when I arrived home from school, the children were already shouting my name (Ate Kriz) and asked me to buy them candy. After I graduated, I have an experience working in an international company called Firstec International as a client relations officer. And also I had an experience working in a restaurant and hotel. Moreover, I like cooking, listening to any kind of music except rock. And I can do multi-tasking for which in our country I took care of the household chores.
Recently, I have an experience as an Au Pair in the Netherlands for a year. And I am looking for host family and wanted to experience more adventure.
As I disclose my information, hoping to meet you very soon and share my experiences as I become a member of the family.
