Hi there,

I’m Jax, based in Kleinmond, and I’m looking for a live in personal assistant role with a family or professional who needs someone calm, capable and quietly one step ahead.

I bring more than 20 years of experience across banking, fintech, legal, logistics, retail and UK Government work, with five of those years in dedicated HR and operations. I’ve supported teams across South Africa, Vietnam, Australia and the USA, so managing diaries, documentation, admin, correspondence and competing priorities is second nature to me. I’m organised, discreet and comfortable working with confidential information.

I’ve also run a large luxury estate with 12 pets and 4 staff, which taught me how a household really works: coordinating staff and suppliers, managing budgets and provisioning, keeping schedules and maintenance on track, and making sure the person at the top never has to think about the small stuff.

My life experience adds warmth to the professional side. I raised my own two children, and I’ve cared for my parents and an elderly relative of a friend, so I’m at ease around children and the unwell, and I know how to be helpful without hovering.

I hold a valid South African driver’s licence and I’m happy to drive your car for errands, appointments and school runs. I’m open to relocating, especially to Cape Town or the coast.
