Introduction
Hello! My name is Shella, and caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. Since childhood, I have been surrounded by pets and even farm animals, which helped me develop not only the skills but also the genuine love and patience needed to look after them. To me, animals are not just pets—they are family members and companions who deserve care, attention, and respect.
Back home in the Philippines, I grew up in a household filled with different pets. We had love birds, rabbits, fish, and especially dogs. I took care of them daily, ensuring they were well-fed, clean, and happy. My dogs taught me responsibility, compassion, and the importance of routines like walks, feeding times, and play sessions. I also cared for love birds and fish, paying close attention to their special needs like clean cages or aquariums and proper food. With rabbits, I enjoyed spending time making sure they had fresh greens and a safe environment to hop around in.
In addition to pets, I also have experience with farm animals. Growing up in the Philippines, I helped care for chickens, goats, and pigs. My responsibilities included feeding them, cleaning their areas, and making sure they were safe and healthy. Through this, I learned the importance of early routines and attentiveness, since farm animals also require consistent care and observation to stay healthy.
Currently, while working in Riyadh, I am caring for two cats. This experience has added even more variety to my animal care background. With the cats, I handle daily feeding, grooming, nail trimming, and cleaning their litter boxes. I’ve learned how to keep them calm and comfortable during grooming and how to respect their personalities—whether they’re in the mood for play or just want some quiet company. Cats can be sensitive, so I give them gentle care and make sure they feel safe and loved.
Because of my wide background, I am flexible with many different kinds of animals and their needs. Whether it’s walking a dog, preparing food for a cat, cleaning cages or aquariums, feeding farm animals, or simply providing companionship and playtime, I approach every task with dedication and heart. I understand that every animal has its own routine, preferences, and quirks, and I am happy to adapt to what makes them feel most comfortable.
I also believe communication with owners is very important. I want you to feel at ease knowing your animals are in good hands, so I am happy to provide updates, photos, or messages while you are away.
